Spitex Region Kreuzlingen is a non-profit organization. With around 125 employees at three locations, we fulfill the service mandate for eleven political municipalities. The city of Kreuzlingen, as well as the municipalities of Altnau, Berlingen, Bottighofen, Ermatingen, Gottlieben, Langrickenbach, Lengwil, Münsterlingen, Salenstein and Tägerwilen, are our catchment area.

We care for and support residents in cases of illness, accident, psychological issues, disability, and overload situations.

To strengthen our teams, we are looking for a personality as of now or by arrangement for the position of

Health Specialist FaGe EFZ (30% - 60%)

A role that involves organization, decisiveness, willingness to take responsibility, confident appearance, ability to analyze, reflect, and synthesize process-oriented work, and is truly enjoyable and meaningful.

Your tasks include

• Basic and treatment care for clients of all ages at home, always keeping their well-being in mind, recognizing changes early, taking appropriate measures, and acting beyond standard care.
• Advising and supporting relatives
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with complementary services and professional implementation of the care process
• Participation in all shifts, including evening shifts with clear duty planning

Your profile:

• Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ or comparable qualification
• Professional experience - ideally with Spitex
• Independent, precise, and responsible working style 
• Open-minded, flexible personality
• Mental and physical resilience
• You are familiar with electronic work tools 
• You have a category B driving license and travel with your own car
• Ideally, you live in the catchment area of our SPITEX organization
