As the medical/nursing and therapeutic tasks in our institution are becoming increasingly important, we want to reorganize this area. Therefore, we are looking for a personality for this attractive, versatile, and responsible leadership position starting February 1, 2026, or by arrangement as 

Head of Health and Therapy Department

60-80% workload

Responsibilities

• Personnel, professional, and organizational leadership of the Therapy, Medical Care, and Night Watch departments with 50 employees 
• Overall responsibility for the holistic medical/nursing and therapeutic support of clients in collaboration with the responsible doctors and team leaders 
• Compliance with professional quality standards and cantonal requirements
• Collaboration with relatives, networking with authorities and specialist agencies  
• Cost center responsibility (budget, controlling, etc.) 
• Conceptual further development of the department 
• Coordination and further development of occupational health promotion 

Profile

• Certified nurse HF/FH or comparable qualifications in the field of health and therapy 
• Further training in management (leadership, consulting, business administration, etc.) 
• Several years of successful leadership experience in a social-medical organization 
• Personality with high professional, social, and communicative competence, strategic thinking, and enthusiasm for actively shaping development processes
