Your area of responsibility includes

• Independently managing facade projects
• Preparing offers and calculations as well as interim and final invoices
• Planning and measuring projects
• Purchasing all calculated building materials and construction services
• Leading the construction site team, coordinating construction site processes
• Monitoring safety, quality, and efficiency on the construction site

You bring with you

• Professional qualification in the field of building envelope
• Technical or business management training (ideally plaster master, but also foreman, construction manager, technical salesman, or similar)
• Solid experience in plastered external thermal insulation and in leading construction sites
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office and ideally BaubitPro
• Entrepreneurial mindset with communication and negotiation skills
