The Custody Client Advisory team at Zürcher Kantonalbank ensures daily that our rapidly growing and diversified portfolio of Global Custody and Private-Label Fund clients – including pension funds, insurance companies, funds, investment foundations, high-net-worth individuals (HNWI), and banks – is excellently served.

Your Responsibilities
- Leadership and coaching of a motivated and successful team consisting of eight specialists
- Responsibility for daily operations in the Global Custody area, in close coordination with operations, client advisors, and other internal and external interfaces
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with contractually agreed service and quality standards towards clients as well as continuous development of the service portfolio
- Regular feedback discussions with clients and personal client visits to strengthen client relationships
- Active participation in cross-departmental projects to further develop and optimize our services, processes, and systems in the Global Custody area
- Close collaboration and coordination with peers and expert teams from partner areas such as Sales, Onboarding, Reporting, and Project Management.
Your Profile
- Higher education, ideally a degree from a university of applied sciences (FH) or university
- Experienced leader with several years of expertise in Global Custody / PLF; in-depth knowledge in Investment Reporting, ESG, and Securities Accounting is a plus
- Confident and convincing presence with excellent communication skills and strong presentation abilities, especially in front of decision-makers
- Holistic understanding of the interrelations and dependencies of our services and enjoyment of cross-departmental collaboration
- Structured and precise working style, combined with high independence and strong team orientation
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to pursue ambitious goals
- High motivation and flexibility to achieve excellent results even under demanding conditions
- Very good language skills in German and French, both spoken and written; English is an advantage
