Passionate about IT and customer service oriented, you contribute, in collaboration with the group's IT teams, to providing operational divisions and specialized departments with tailored support for IT solutions. • Together with your colleagues, you act as a point of contact for internal clients for all IT support questions (hardware and software) via a ticket system.
• You ensure the quick resolution of malfunctions, both remotely and on-site.
• You guarantee onboarding, offboarding, and internalizations from an IT perspective (user accounts and provision of equipment).
• You handle administration in Microsoft Directory Domain Services, create and update documentation.
• You contribute to project groups.

To meet the requirements of the position, you have the following profile:

• A complete professional training in IT or an equivalent qualification.
• Solid experience in internal IT support.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft products (server, client, Office, and Microsoft Active Directory Domain Services) and networks (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• French as a native language and good command of German; English and Italian are an asset.
• A pragmatic working style and a good sense of humor complete your profile and contribute to a positive team dynamic.
• You hold a category B driving license.
