The Blue Cross (www.blaueskreuz.ch) is a professional organization for alcohol and addiction issues. It helps people with addiction, supports their relatives, and advocates for effective youth protection. The national umbrella organization coordinates the activities of the eleven member organizations in 17 cantons and represents the Blue Cross in the media and politics.

Executive Assistant 60–80%
Your main tasks
- You actively support and relieve the management in administrative tasks and correspondence
- You also support the management and the association's presidency in administrative and organizational tasks related to the association's work
- You reliably plan and coordinate appointments for the association's bodies and are responsible for the preparation and follow-up as well as taking minutes of various meetings of the leadership bodies (delegates' assembly, central board, management conferences, etc.)
- You additionally take on tasks in the secretariat of the office (partly telephone service) and support specialists from various work areas in their projects
Your profile
As an executive assistant and organizational talent, many threads come together with you. You are an independent, proactive, and integral personality with a high service orientation and support the management as well as the association's presidency in administrative and organizational tasks. You have a quick grasp, work precisely and reliably. You bring a commercial basic education with several years of successful professional experience in a comparable position. For correspondence, you have a confident command of German and preferably oral French skills. You work proficiently with Microsoft 365. Openness and interest in social issues related to addiction topics as well as identification with our mission statement complete your profile.
