The Dielsdorf Health Center is a modern geriatric competence center with around 500 employees from 35 nations. Our range of services extends from advisory services for elderly people and their relatives to general and specialized long-term care as well as care and support at home.
As part of a succession arrangement, we are looking on behalf of the Dielsdorf Health Center for an empathetic and experienced personality as Head of Services and Member of the Executive Board starting September 2026
- You lead the Services business area at a strategic level together with your management team and shape a cooperative, performance- and value-oriented leadership culture
- You bear overall responsibility for personnel, professional and financial management of the area and strengthen sustainable performance through active involvement of managers and teams
- You are responsible for ensuring a high quality standard as well as the safe and economical operation of buildings, facilities and infrastructure
- You design strategic goals, structures and processes in close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders and ensure their consistent implementation
- You promote cross-departmental and interdisciplinary collaboration and manage strategic projects
- You represent the Services area in internal and external committees
- You actively contribute to the executive management, act as a sparring partner for the executive colleagues and make a significant contribution to the overall development of the organization
- You have a higher professional education as well as solid management and leadership experience in the areas of facility management, hospitality or housekeeping
- You bring several years of experience in a leadership position, ideally in healthcare or social services
- You have pronounced leadership competence and convince with a winning, integral and resilient leadership personality
- You think entrepreneurially and strategically and have pronounced methodological and process competence
- You are characterized by high social competence, resilience and decisiveness
- You act appropriately to the situation, empathetically and confidently in dealing with different stakeholders
- You take on a meaningful, versatile and strategically important leadership role with great scope for design in a stable and well-networked organization
- You work closely with a committed executive management and a competent leadership team
- You are supported by a professional, dedicated and interdisciplinary working team
