Key Account Manager for French-speaking Switzerland

Your tasks

• Support, maintenance, and development of key account customers in the gastronomy sector
• Development and implementation of solutions for customers to increase turnover and sales, sustainable development of the diversified range of services
• Co-development and implementation of marketing and promotional activities
• Analysis and control activities, including key figure management
• Active participation in projects and proactive networking
• Create, manage, and follow up on offers for the customers assigned to me
• Close cooperation with internal stakeholders
• Handling complaints
• Being attentive to market developments
• Management and updating of the CRM system
• Participation and involvement in cantonal and Romandy gastronomy associations
• Active support for the French-speaking Switzerland sales force members

Your profile

• Sales personality with basic commercial training and appropriate additional training in key account management
• In-depth knowledge of the French-speaking Swiss market in the gastronomy sector, particularly focused on the Lake Geneva region
• Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in the food sector
• Dynamic personality with a winning and convincing attitude
• High customer orientation with a solution- and success-oriented work approach
• Analytical skills and strong negotiation abilities
• A structured and efficient working method, organizational talent, and communication skills
