Your Craft

• You independently and carefully apply resin coatings on floor and wall surfaces.
• You process epoxy and PU systems as well as mineral screed coatings routinely and precisely.
• Occasionally, you assist in sanding technology – on visible floors and terrazzo coatings.
• You also participate in substrate preparation, sanding, and sealing work.
• Important: You always pay attention to our high quality and safety standards on the construction site.
• For a smooth process, you maintain close communication with your supervisor, the team, and our customers.

Your Foundation

• Ideally, you come from the field of resin, screed, or flooring technology – or you bring the motivation to learn this craft.
• You are skilled with your hands, work cleanly, and have a good eye for details and aesthetics.
• Independent and reliable work is just as important to you as true team spirit.
• Physical work does not bother you – you pitch in when it counts.
• To be flexible on the move, you have a category B driving license.
