Are you a reliable and networked-thinking personality? Do you enjoy social security law issues? Our cheerful, motivated, and collegial team of the Legal and Objection Service at WAS Compensation Office looks forward to you. Your start date is possible from June 1, 2026, or by arrangement.
Your tasks
- You handle objection and complaint procedures in the areas of AHVG, ELG, EOG, FamZG, PVG, and KVG.
- You apply civil and private law, SchKG, and tax law as needed.
- You draft objection decisions and legal briefs to the courts.
- You prepare criminal complaints to the public prosecutor's office.
- You provide legal information to customers, parties involved in proceedings, and the specialist department.
Your skills
- You have a completed law degree.
- You preferably have experience in social security law.
- You are skilled in administrative procedures and drafting legal documents.
- You are communicative, empathetic, enjoy working in a team, and like contact with people.
- You are a reliable, networked-thinking personality and are used to an efficient and independent way of working.
