For our system headquarters in Zurich, we are looking to strengthen the finance team immediately or by arrangement with an Accounting Clerk 80-100% (m/f/d).
Your mission
You support our finance team in Zurich and ensure that our processes in financial accounting run smoothly and precisely.
What you achieve
- Independently: Management of subsidiary ledgers (including accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, banks).
- Dunning & Collection: Execution of dunning and collection management.
- General ledger: Coding and posting of general ledger documents as well as monthly account reconciliation.
- Payment runs: Responsible for the payment runs of a subsidiary.
- Closings: Participation in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements according to Local GAAP and Swiss GAAP FER.
VAT (CH/DE): Participation in the preparation of VAT returns and VAT settlements (Switzerland and Germany).
