Payroll Officer 60% (m/f/d)
Your workplace is centrally located in the city of Bern, home office possible. Together with a small team, you will support around 200 employees on monthly and hourly wages throughout Switzerland.
Your tasks
- You are responsible for the correct payroll runs including year-end social security statements (Abacus)
- You reconcile social insurances monthly, quarterly, and annually
- Reporting of changes, billing, and clarifications with social insurances, pension funds, daily sickness and accident insurers, and tax authorities are also part of your responsibilities
- General personnel administration tasks such as preparing certificates, creating employer certificates, and preparing statistics are also part of your duties
- You are a reliable and competent contact person for our employees
Your profile
- Your several years of professional experience in personnel and payroll administration support you in daily work; good Abacus knowledge makes your work easier
- You have further training as an HR clerk
- You love working with numbers
- You are a native German or French speaker and have good knowledge of the other language
- You are familiar with the common MS Office programs and have an interest in various digitalization topics
- Your working style is precise, responsible, and people-oriented
- A good understanding of the needs of blind and visually impaired people is a matter of course for you
