About the job

Your main tasks will be the following:

• Write a thesis plan; 
• Submit the project to the ethics committee of the University of Lausanne (CER–UNIL) ; 
• Coordinate contacts with project partners; 
• Design a data collection questionnaire; 
• Conduct qualitative interviews; 
• Thematically analyze qualitative data, with the support of the research team; 
• Perform simple quantitative analyses; 
• Write a scientific article; 
• Promote the results (presentations at seminars/conferences) ; 
• Follow the doctoral school of the Faculty of Biology and Medicine of the University of Lausanne. 

Your assets:

• Holder of a Master’s degree in medicine;
• Interest in family medicine; 
• Proficiency in statistical software such as R or STATA is an asset; 
• Very good knowledge of French and English, German is a plus; 
• Rigor, analytical and synthesis skills, autonomy, and interpersonal ease.
