About the job
We are looking for a social pedagogue for our school in Winterthur starting August 1, 2026, who will lead a small class together with a class teacher.
What are our strengths?
You are part of a highly committed team that wholeheartedly dedicates itself to the well-being of the children entrusted to them. You work in an interdisciplinary team consisting of remedial teachers, social pedagogues, and teachers. You do not work alone – exchange, mutual support, and a warm community shape our daily life.
Connected by our shared values, we pull together and use the flexible environment of the private school for the ongoing development of the school. Together, we continuously educate ourselves through regular supervisions, internal and external training offers.
It is important to us that children and adolescents can grow not only academically but also emotionally and socially. We create an environment that enables security, orientation, and development.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Jenny Baumann at jbaumann@salzh.ch.
