Building Foreman (M/F/D - 100%)
What awaits you:
- Plan, manage and coordinate construction sites in collaboration with site managers
- Organize and lead the site teams
- Plan the supply of materials, water, and electricity to the site
- Identify general and specific site risks and ensure compliance with safety and environmental rules
- Write work reports
- Be reactive to solve problems and adapt to unforeseen events on site
What you bring:
- Federal foreman certificate, team leader diploma or equivalent with proven experience
- Strong leadership and ability to unite a team around common goals
- Ability to analyze complex situations and propose effective solutions
- Logical, structured, and rigorous working method
- Excellent organizational skills and sense of priorities
