Project Coordinator: Large Projects (70 - 80%)

• Ensuring internal and external administrative coordination for large projects of the municipality
• Optimal structuring of projects and change processes to safely lead them to completion
• Participation in various roles in the management and coordination of the work of the various involved departments and specialist offices
• University degree (e.g., engineering, geography, etc.) ideally complemented by further training in Public Management
• Experience in projects within administration or administrative environments
• Strong understanding of roles in project work
• Familiarity with the procedural principles of public law
• Ability to communicate complex issues clearly in writing and orally
• A respectful, collegial collaboration and good working atmosphere
