About the job
The opportunity
Join our Service Sales team and support us in strengthening our continuous improvement culture. In this role, you will collaborate closely with various functions across our Product Service Center and help enhance processes, tools, and interfaces. You will learn how business process management drives operational excellence and gain hands‑on experience with Lean Six Sigma methods. This opportunity allows you to work with motivated colleagues, expand your analytical skills, and contribute directly to meaningful improvements in our service organization. The duration is 12 months.

Support CI culture in Service Sales through Lean Six Sigma

Drive and lead internal Continuous Improvement Projects (CIP)

Map, analyze, and optimize our sales process landscape

Standardize and simplify processes across multiple interfaces

Enhance customer satisfaction through voice‑of‑customer insights

Represent Service Sales in cross‑functional collaboration.

Implement change requests and align business requirements

Support quality improvements in cooperation with the Quality team
Your background
-
Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program with commercial and/or technical/IT focus (ex. mechanical engineering, electrical engineering)

Basic Lean Six Sigma knowledge; Yellow or Green Belt is a plus

Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills

Confident in problem‑solving and motivated to drive improvements

Skilled in MS Office and SharePoint

Fluent in English; German or other languages are a plus
