About the job
Our Service Center ensures reliable availability, professional management, and optimal maintenance of workstation, printing, and specialized infrastructure throughout their lifecycle. The team ensures the proper implementation, within deadlines, of short-term special installations up to complete ICT equipment during relocations or site changes.
Your tasks
- On-site assistance during relocations and deployments
- Installation, configuration, and commissioning of IT workstations, including infrastructure
- Operation, maintenance, and support of terminals (workstations, laptops, tablets), peripherals, and specialized equipment
- Pre-configuration and lifecycle management of IT equipment
- Equipment management (inventory) and creation of user manuals and documentation
Your profile
- Completed technical or commercial basic training with further education in IT
- Several years of experience in ICT support or as an IT technician
- Excellent knowledge of Windows/MS Office; experience with SAP ERP (MM), SCCM, MECM, and Intune is an advantage
- Service orientation, team spirit, stress resistance, and structured working method
- Very good spoken and written German skills, as well as good spoken French skills
- High flexibility in working hours for 24/7 interventions; category B driving license
