We are seeking an experienced IT Project Lead to manage the changes on Regulatory Transaction Reporting and Client Tax Reporting Applications.

Ensure proper requirement management

Responsible for end-to-end project delivery based on committed scope, time, quality and costs

Ensuring project compliance to project governance and minimal standards

Responsible for successful hand-over of solution to the Operations organizations
YOUR PROFILE

Experience in managing projects with respective CTB Budgets > 1mCHF in classic methodology

Solid technical foundation with knowledge of Java, data integration principles, and application development
-
Strong technical background with an understanding of Java, as well as data integration and application development
-
Experience in managing projects with external / third party solution providers
-
Enjoying close interaction with multiple teams and coordination between various stakeholders (IT and Business)

Able to take care of the administrative parts of the project (reporting, financial controlling, etc.)

Good presentation and communication skills

Able to communicate with business and technical stakeholders

Sound skills in Jira and Confluence

Communication, problem solving, social interaction & cross-cultural mindset, empathy & relationship management, coaching, can-do spirit

Fluent in English; German language skills are an advantage
