You will lead a dedicated team of around 25 employees – drivers, dispatch, warehouse & disposal – and ensure that over 300 customers are reliably served every day. You will handle the transports with our own, new fleet of vehicles, which are fully electronic.

You lead with clarity, respect, and sensitivity. You enjoy taking responsibility, motivating people, and delivering reliable performance together with the team.
You bring not only expertise but also heart – openness, team spirit, and a respectful approach are a matter of course for you. From receiving goods to delivery: You take responsibility for our entire logistics processes, plan customer orders, coordinate workflows, and ensure efficiency, quality, and punctuality.
