About the job

Christen Beck AG is an innovative company with nine bakery-confectionery branches in the canton of Nidwalden, in Engelberg and Altdorf. Most are complemented by a café or bistro. Additionally, there is a hotel with 11 themed rooms and a restaurant. Following the credo "Only the finest", a wide range of products is offered using natural raw materials from the local area.

For our Beck-Away with bistro and bar directly at Stans station, called "s’Buffet", which is open 7 days a week, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for:

BRANCH MANAGER

Your main tasks

• Competent and service-oriented customer and guest care
• Successful business management
• Implementation of the specified concept of Christen Beck AG
• Staff management and maintenance of the corporate culture
• Monitoring, control and implementation of the hygiene concept
• Creating duty rosters considering efficient personnel deployment
• Implementation of sales activities
