We are a dedicated and motivated team at Klinik Barmelweid, which values professionalism, collegiality, and a positive working atmosphere. Klinik Barmelweid is divided into six areas, each led by area managers who are represented in the executive board. The head of nursing service is actively supported by an assistant and three department heads. Together, we are committed to providing care of high quality and humanity. What you will move with us

You are responsible for the personnel management and further development of the entire nursing service.

As a member of the executive board, you actively participate in strategy development and implementation.

You support the quality strategy through the application of the EFQM method and contribute to the economic strategy by preparing budgets and ensuring their compliance.
