The St. Urban retirement home in Winterthur-Seen is a significant employer in the region. Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF 60 - 100% Night Shift

Your area of responsibility:

• Assuming medical and nursing responsibility during the night shift
• Ensuring professional care and support of the residents
• Recording, assessing, managing, and evaluating individual needs
• Documenting the provided care and support services in the electronic care documentation for holistic traceability of the care process
• Analyzing and managing complex care and support situations, initiating and evaluating measures
• Contributing to the development and implementation of departmental goals

You bring with you:

• Completed training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF / FH
• Professional experience in the mentioned role
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
• Empathy and pronounced social skills
• Independent, reliable, and professional working style
• High sense of responsibility and flexibility
