Nurse or Social Pedagogue 80-90% (m/f/d)

• Comprehensive care and support of children of preschool and primary school age in the inpatient child psychiatric setting
• Structuring and designing the therapeutic daily routine on the ward
• Promotion of emotional stability, social competence, and relationship building
• Planning and implementation of age-appropriate leisure and group activities
• Core team work with therapy & school as well as close cooperation with parents, authorities, and external specialists
• Active participation in individual treatment and support planning

• Completed training as a certified nurse (ideally specializing in psychiatry) or in social pedagogy (HF/FH)
• Several years of professional experience, preferably in the inpatient sector with children
• Resilient, proactive, and reflective personality
• Strong social skills and enjoyment of working with children with complex mental illnesses
• Ability to work in a team and willingness to collaborate interdisciplinarily
