Your Tasks
- Leading the product management pension solutions team with currently five employees
- Responsible for the conception, implementation, and life-cycle management of advisory services that support customers in various life phases: retirement, risk provision, estate, tax advice, occupational pension, and business succession
- Proactively shaping and accompanying IT projects
- Active stakeholder management and close collaboration with sales, sales management, and other internal partners to promote the penetration and use of advisory services
- Ensuring smooth operations as well as continuous quality assurance and further development of the responsible systems and applications
Your Profile
- University degree in finance, business administration, or a similar field
- At least 8 years of banking experience including digital channels and ideally in product management or sales/marketing environment
- Experience in leading and motivating interdisciplinary teams
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills and methodological competencies
- Pronounced organizational and project management skills with experience in agile methods
- High affinity for IT systems and digitalization as well as interest in innovative technologies
- High commitment, flexibility, and initiative
- Strong communication skills in German and a convincing presence
