Your Tasks

Leading the product management pension solutions team with currently five employees
Responsible for the conception, implementation, and life-cycle management of advisory services that support customers in various life phases: retirement, risk provision, estate, tax advice, occupational pension, and business succession
Proactively shaping and accompanying IT projects
Active stakeholder management and close collaboration with sales, sales management, and other internal partners to promote the penetration and use of advisory services
Ensuring smooth operations as well as continuous quality assurance and further development of the responsible systems and applications

Your Profile

University degree in finance, business administration, or a similar field
At least 8 years of banking experience including digital channels and ideally in product management or sales/marketing environment
Experience in leading and motivating interdisciplinary teams
Strong conceptual and analytical skills and methodological competencies
Pronounced organizational and project management skills with experience in agile methods
High affinity for IT systems and digitalization as well as interest in innovative technologies
High commitment, flexibility, and initiative
Strong communication skills in German and a convincing presence
