HEAD CHEF (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Management and organization of the entire kitchen operation
• Responsibility for menu design, purchasing, costing based on budget guidelines, and quality assurance
• Leadership and motivation of the kitchen team
• Implementation of a fresh, regional, and seasonal cuisine
• Ensuring hygiene and safety standards (HACCP)

Your profile

• Completed professional training as a cook EFZ
• Several years of experience in a similar role, ideally in Swiss gastronomy
• Passion for authentic, regional cuisine and fresh products
• Strong leadership, creative, and resilient personality
• Independent and structured way of working
