The Thurgau Building Insurance (GVTG), founded more than 200 years ago, insures not only around 105,000 buildings against fire and natural hazards in the canton, supports the fire brigades, and protects the people and animals living and working in the canton as a security institution.
The GVTG is an independent public-law service company without state guarantee or funding, which is primarily financed by insurance premiums and the fire protection levy and is managed according to non-profit but economic principles.
The legal mandate of the GVTG includes the synergy triangle of prevention, intervention (fire brigade), and insurance. Affordable premiums, high commitment in the prevention area, and competent assistance in the event of damage characterize the GVTG as a service company.

We are looking for a committed personality to join us immediately or by arrangement in the

• You process the insurance and address data of the building ownership
• You provide telephone and written insurance information
• You manage the building insurance system
• You process registrations and changes in the estimation system
• You work in project teams
• You support the claims department during major natural events in the prompt processing of damage reports

• You have a commercial education
• Basic knowledge of the construction or insurance industry is an advantage
• You have very good German skills and good knowledge of common IT programs
• You are willing to adapt to a constantly changing environment
• Open communication and a pronounced customer and service orientation are natural for you and complete your profile
