EUROBUS is the largest private bus company in Switzerland. We offer package and group trips as well as school transport. In addition, we are active in public transport. With 600 employees, we manage a fleet of 300 vehicles, from minibuses to double-deckers.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for immediately or by arrangement:

Clerk 70-100%

• You coordinate and plan the school bus operation in Eastern Switzerland in cooperation with schools and municipalities
• You maintain timetables, student lists, route overviews and keep all data up to date
• You handle inquiries from parents, schools and transport services and inform the drivers
• You support administrative tasks in the field of public transport
• You take on general administrative tasks within the team – from document maintenance to appointment organization

• A completed commercial education or comparable experience
• Organizational talent, great independence and precise working method
• Very good IT skills (MS Office, ideally also dispatch tools)
• At least a category B driving license, category D1 and code 122 are an advantage
• Enjoyment in contact with people and teamwork

• A varied activity with responsibility and scope for design
