Your Mission

You are both strategic and hands-on — a finance leader who can steer performance and build robust processes while mastering Excel and data analysis. You will report directly to the CEO and work closely with the group’s Corporate Finance team.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, and provide accurate monthly P&L and cash-flow reports.
• Develop management tools and Excel dashboards to track KPIs and improve decision-making.
• Ensure solid internal control, compliance with Swiss GAAP FER / IFRS / US GAAP, and accurate project reporting (EU & Swiss-funded programs).
• Build and maintain advanced Excel models for cost analysis, budget tracking and scenario planning.
• Manage EU- and Swiss-funded research project accounting and compliance.
• Oversee accounting, treasury, tax, and credit management.
• Coordinate audits and board reporting with Corporate Finance.
• Support R&D, production, and sales with financial insights and business cases.

Your Profile

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 5 years experience in finance leadership.
• Strong expertise in Swiss GAAP FER; knowledge of IFRS / US GAAP is a plus.
• Excellent command of Excel (pivot tables, dynamic dashboards).
• Analytical, structured, autonomous, and solution-oriented.
• Ability to handle high levels of pressure and critical decision-making
• Strong problem solving and ability to make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis
• Ability to communicate clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Odoo is a plus.
• Fluent in French and English (spoken & written).
