Your role:

As ATM Operations Manager, you take on the strategic and operational overall responsibility for the largest crypto ATM network in Switzerland. You are responsible for all aspects of network performance – from technical processes and field service management to partner relationships, compliance, and expansion.

This leadership role requires technical understanding, operational excellence, and strategic foresight. You lead a team of technical and operational staff and ensure that our network is operated with the highest reliability and efficiency.

Your tasks:

• Strategic development and performance management of the Värdex ATM network in Switzerland
• Acquisition of new site partners as well as negotiation and management of contracts with host partners
• Support and development of existing site partners
• Ensuring operational operations including monitoring, incident management, and optimization
• Management of service partners, logistics, and field service teams while adhering to SLAs
• Coordination and prioritization of technical on-site tickets
• Active support of technicians during installations, relocations, and maintenance
• Further development of processes and data-based performance metrics
• Rollout of new ATMs as well as technical developments
• Maintenance of server infrastructure (Linux), including updates and security patches
• Reporting and strategic recommendations to management

Your profile:

• Proven experience in an operations or network management role
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Independent, solution-oriented, and structured working style
• High attention to detail as well as resilience and sense of responsibility
• Technical educational background
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, and monitoring
• Basic knowledge of Linux server administration
• Very good German and English skills; French is an advantage
• Knowledge of Bitcoin, blockchain, or cryptocurrencies is a plus
