As the restaurant manager of the Café | Bar, you lead our service team in the Café | Bar, on the terrace, and in the lobby with commitment, overview, and a strong service orientation. You ensure a professional and warm operation in the Café | Bar and are the first point of contact for guests and employees. With your expertise, you train and motivate your team, exemplify quality standards, and ensure a coherent guest experience at a high level. You coordinate the daily service processes, work closely with the F&B manager, and actively contribute to the further development of our service concepts. Your hospitality personality, organizational talent, and passion for excellent service make you an important pillar of hospitality at the Schweizerhof Lenzerheide.
