To strengthen our Customer Success team, we are looking for a Analytic Consultant (m/f/d) at our locations in Root (Lucerne).
As an Analytic Consultant, you are at the forefront with our customer and are primarily responsible for effective project management and continuous development of the customer. Furthermore, you act as the voice of the customer within the NIQ world.
YOUR FUTURE TASKS:
- You are passionate about data, analyses, and strategic insights and want to support companies in making informed business decisions
- You build a strong partnership with high customer satisfaction with the defined customers and inspire the customers, in line with contractual agreements (optimal service model/mix, goal setting for the customers' 'self-serve')
- Through your strong & intensive networking of relevant stakeholders with defined customers, you achieve high client engagement
- You gain a comprehensive understanding of our NielsenIQ product portfolio & technology (CX), which you proactively position with our customers
- You continuously expand your knowledge of business topics, markets, and NielsenIQ products.
- You gain a comprehensive understanding of your customers' concerns, identify problems, and define solutions with your stakeholders
- You know your customers' business needs and conduct strategic workshops based on their goals that create value & opportunities for business questions.
- You support budget achievement, among other things, through close coordination with account managers on revenue opportunities, e.g., in recommendations after analyses
YOUR PROFILE:
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in market research or in a line function in industry in marketing, sales, or consulting
- Fluent German and English skills
- Ability to independently create demanding, complex, and meaningful analyses of data and their interpretation and substantive discussion
- You work closely with all internal teams (especially account managers - sales, customer success, business units) to pass on any growth opportunities & plan targeted customer activities.
- Empathy, customer orientation, and diplomatic skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in the FMCG sector and with consumer and/or trade panels is an advantage
