In close cooperation with the CFO as well as Finance & Controlling, you make an important contribution to all financial management and project tasks. As part of our growth, we are looking for a new team member for the finance department and IKS in Urdorf immediately or by arrangement.
Your tasks
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements at the group level (according to OR)
- Support for group-wide forecasts and liquidity planning
- Participation in the consolidation of group companies
- Coordination & preparation of VAT returns
- Control and monitoring of rebates as well as external services (temporary staff & subcontractors)
- Review of final invoices & preparation of project guarantees
- Support in the preparation of audit documents
- Handling of claims and coordination with insurance companies
- Participation in the development and further development of risk management IKS
- Collaboration in project controlling and support of operational units
Your profile
- Completed training in finance and accounting or fiduciary (federal certificate or higher education such as federal diploma as a certified auditor, fiduciary expert or certified expert in accounting and controlling)
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable position or mandate management level fiduciary
- Confident handling of ERP systems as well as MS Office, Excel, BI tools
- Experience in auditing internal control systems IKS (advantageous)
- Team player, hands-on mentality and proactive attitude
- Independent, structured working style with high personal responsibility
- Partnership communication with the responsible project managers and departments
