We support individuals and companies throughout the tax collection process. Around 800 qualified employees are committed to this at the location in Zurich Altstetten.

Due to a change in the current position holder, we are looking for a team leader for municipal tax allocations. The position is characterized by exciting tasks and complex challenges with various stakeholders.

Due to a change in the current position holder, we are looking for a team leader for municipal tax allocations. The position is characterized by exciting tasks and complex challenges with various stakeholders.

Your tasks:

In this role, you will directly lead eight employees and report to the head of municipalities. You will create more complex inter-municipal tax allocations, conduct settlement negotiations, and handle appeals from municipalities and taxpayers. You will be in close contact with municipal representatives and taxpayers. You will keep track of deadlines and prepare monthly and annual financial statements. This role offers the chance to take on a responsible and interesting activity.

Your profile:

For this position, you bring several years of experience in tax law and/or finance and accounting, and preferably a qualified further education at the level of a diploma. You also have experience in team leadership. Your proven and solid Excel skills complete your profile. A networked way of thinking, a flair for numbers, and a skilled written expression are additional skills you bring. Your strengths include persuasive power, assertiveness, and a high customer orientation.
