About the job

We are a state-of-the-art sheet metal processing company that has been producing in Ennenda in the Glarus region for over 70 years and employs 160 people.

To complement our maintenance team, we are looking for an initiative and motivated person to start immediately or by arrangement as

MAINTENANCE SPECIALIST 100%

Your CHALLENGES

• Perform recurring maintenance work
• Troubleshooting and repairs on machines and buildings
• Maintenance of company buildings
• Optimization of systems and machines
• Accompanying external service and maintenance companies
• Reporting maintenance data in the ERP system
• Participation in projects (e.g., machine installations)
• Site maintenance

Your profile

• Completed technical apprenticeship as mechanic, electrician, electromechanic, automation technician EFZ or comparable
• Mechanical and/or electrical expertise
• Clean, structured working method and analytical thinking skills
• Independent, committed, flexible, and sustainable personality
• Good PC skills (Office suite, ERP)
• Willingness to work during off-hours
• Industry experience desirable
