To support our management, we need a reliable, structured, and committed personality who supports management in administrative tasks as well as in various projects.
Your tasks
- General administrative work
- Participation in various projects, e.g., in marketing, HR, purchasing
- Support in personnel processes
- Coordination of internal interfaces and external partners
- Operational support in the gastronomy area (telephone sales, orders, customer contact) as well as assistance in administrative accounting tasks
- Confidential handling of sensitive topics and ensuring an efficient working environment
Your profile
- Strong organizational skills, high independence, and absolute reliability
- Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
- Professional handling of MS Office and modern digital tools
- Enjoyment of varied tasks and close collaboration with management
- High discretion, resilience, and a pronounced sense of responsibility
