Ingrid Urlacher will review your dossier, enter it into our system, and send you initial feedback with a confirmation of receipt. Then the responsible team leader will review the dossier. If your dossier interests us and we shout "Bingo," Ingrid will send you a questionnaire and then invite you to a first introductory interview. If your dossier does not prompt us to shout Bingo, Ingrid will also inform you.
For the first meeting, we conduct an interview together (with us in Aadorf or virtually via Teams/Zoom). In this interview, we ask you many questions and want to get to know you, see what skills you have, how you fit into our team, and what kind of person you are. Of course, you also have the opportunity to ask us many questions - accordingly, we expect you to be prepared.
We plan about one hour for this first interview.
After the interview, you will have time to reflect on the conversation and decide whether you are interested in a further round. We make the same considerations.
If you and we are interested in proceeding, we will arrange a joint assessment.
If you are not interested, you let us know, and we will also inform you if we are not interested in a second appointment.
In the second interview, we conduct an assessment with you at our place in Aadorf or virtually via Zoom/Microsoft Teams.
During the assessment, we give you one or more tasks from your future field of activity and want to see how you approach challenges and solve the given tasks. We want to see how you work and how you present your results to us.
After the assessment, we discuss a possible future collaboration, discuss and answer further details. Then you will have time to reflect on the assessment and decide whether you are interested in becoming part of our team. We make the same considerations.

If we are mutually interested in you becoming part of our team, we conduct a third interview at our place in Aadorf or virtually via Zoom/Microsoft Teams and discuss the contract details.
The third interview is usually no big deal and usually lasts only 30 - 45 minutes.
You will receive the contract and the onboarding plan for the first weeks by mail/post. We will inform you about the next steps and transparently show you how we will integrate you into our team.
Your first working day is coming! We welcome you at our place in Aadorf, introduce you to the whole team, show you your workplace, and guide you through all important points.

Ingrid began her professional career with training as a musical performer in the port city of Hamburg and supports the OneTeam in HR and event management. After high school, she actively engaged in work with street children and lived in Peru for a year. Cruise fans may already know our Ingrid, as the native German was at home on the world's oceans for more than five years as a hotel officer and was on the well-known "Mein Schiff" of TUI Cruises during that time.
In recent years, she toured Germany as an event manager with "Dine & Crime." When she has time, she is always on the move: whether with friends or alone, her loyal four-legged friend Pako is always with her, preferably in nature. For this reason, she decided to move to Switzerland. Ingrid has already been to 76 countries, speaks five languages, and has worked with 48 nations. She skillfully brings her extensive expertise in HR and event management to the OneTeam.
And when she is not planning events or setting up new HR processes, you can find her on Lake Greifensee in a dragon boat. As a team member of the Greifensee Dragons and the Swiss national team, Ingrid regularly paddles across the lake – with power, team spirit, and a great deal of joy of life.
Our performance & media expertise and what has defined us over all these years will now be transferred to the team of SiR MaRY MEDIA and continued within the MYTY Group. Hutter Consult will no longer appear as an independent agency brand on the market in the future.
