Tasks
You take overall responsibility for a safe and efficient flight operation, including leading the crew, and you pay attention to punctuality and economy.
Additionally:
- You act in accordance with Edelweiss's operational philosophy
- You always stand for a high quality standard for our guests
- You promote and challenge your crew members and enforce a high standard of performance
- You are responsible for flight preparation and execution according to legal regulations
- You guarantee an always up-to-date knowledge regarding systems, flight procedures, and operations

Requirements
Requirements:
- EASA ATPL license with A350 type rating
- Minimum 5000 flight hours including experience in long-haul operations
- Minimum 1500 hours commander experience on Airbus A3XX
- Valid Class 1 medical certificate
- Very good language skills in German (min. level C1) and English (level B2/ICAO level 4)
- Swiss citizen or citizen of the EU-27/EFTA
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills
