Requirements
- Completed training as a Care Specialist (FaBe Mia / FaGe EFZ)
- Several years of experience in long-term care
- Communicative and empathetic skills in dealing with cognitively impaired people
- Ability to work in a team, reliability, and flexibility
- Resilience and openness to everyday care work in a geriatric environment
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written

Altersbetreuung Worb, located in the center of Worb, offers a pleasant and comfortable home for 46 people with mild to severe care needs. Our day center provides a supervised environment for 6 - 9 external guests. Our care team is responsible for the care of both internal and external guests. For our day center and internal care, we are looking for someone starting 01.03.2026 or by arrangement
