Your Tasks
- Implementation of psychiatric and somatic nursing measures for patients (m/f/d) with trauma sequelae and PTSD
- Care planning as well as management and evaluation of nursing processes
- Support of patients (m/f/d) in structuring their daily routine
- Promotion and maintenance of the independence of mentally ill people
- Participation in nursing-therapeutic group offers
- Attendance at ward rounds, team meetings, and multiprofessional case conferences
Your Profile
- Completed training as a nursing specialist (m/f/d), health and nursing professional (m/f/d), geriatric nurse (m/f/d), or curative education nurse (m/f/d)
- Interest in psychiatric nursing and trauma therapy
- Experience in the psychiatric field is desirable but not a requirement
- Empathy, strong communication skills, and ability to work in a team
- Initiative and sense of responsibility
- Confident handling of IT systems, ideally SAP ISH-med
