Your area of responsibility:
- You administratively manage the entire employee lifecycle – from entry to exit – always keeping an overview.
- You take responsibility for trainee support (commercial and IT) and accompany the young talents in their development.
- You analyze workflows, identify optimization potential, and implement improvements.
- You love to keep all threads in hand and manage topics such as time management, administration, and further education.
