We are seeking an Intern SCM & Order Desk (100 %) for a period of 12 months in our SCM & Operations Team.

Role and Responsibilities
Your tasks, you…
- are responsible for Memory operation, including availability check, supply management, and DO creation
- manage OD operations, including order input, price check/update, and monitoring delivery/shipment status
- handle issuing of licenses
- oversee E-Store operations for Display and Memory Products, including STO approval
- develop weekly sales plans, conduct SELS MA/STO checks, and support and backup for SCM (LFD, LCD, HTV, LED)
- assist in generating various reports, such as open order lists and weekly demand change reports
- support overall supply chain management for the CE IT range
- communicate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
- maintain and process data while addressing urgent inquiries from Korean in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- perform general OD tasks as an OD professional in the CE IT position (70 % OD, 30 % SCM)
Skills and Qualifications
Your profile, you…
- hold a commercial degree or relevant further training, with 2-3 years of experience in SCM or logistics
- exhibit very good communication and organisational skills, along with a flexible personality and interest in innovation
- have experience as a team player in an international environment
- are proficient in MS-Office, with SAP and CRM knowledge being advantageous
- are preferably a native German speaker with fluent professional English
- demonstrate critical and out-of-the-box thinking abilities
- interact productively and constructively with others, both as a team player and independently
- work proactively and solve problems effectively
