Team Leader: Strategic Purchasing (all)

Shape the purchasing of tomorrow You lead the purchasing department of Hinni AG and develop effective category strategies together with your team. This strengthens supply security and cost-effectiveness and drives the digitalisation of our purchasing processes forward in a targeted manner.

Your tasks

• You analyse the procurement market and further develop category strategies within the lead buyer structures of BKW.
• You manage supplier relationships, are responsible for contracts, and conduct price and performance negotiations.
• You optimise material requirements and disposition processes, accompany prototypes, sampling as well as pilot series, thereby ensuring availability and cost-effectiveness.
• You further develop purchasing processes in terms of quality, cost and time and promote digital solutions as well as KPI-based controlling.
• You lead and develop your purchasing team of one to two employees both professionally and disciplinarily.
• You work closely within the international purchasing community of BKW and report directly to the Head of Procurement BKW Infra Services.

Your competence

• You have a commercial or technical basic education and further training in purchasing, supply chain management or business administration.
• You have several years of experience in strategic and operational purchasing in an industrial or project-related environment.
• Ideally, you bring experience in the professional and disciplinary leadership of a small team.
• You negotiate confidently, assert yourself convincingly and act cost-consciously.
• You think analytically, enjoy developing processes and systems further, and work proficiently with ERP systems and digital purchasing solutions.
• You communicate fluently in German, well in English, and impress with team spirit.
