About the job
Your Tasks
- You carry out maintenance, repair, cleaning, and care work on buildings, facilities, and outdoor areas.
- You are responsible for supporting the users as well as assisting with events and occasions.
- You handle rearrangements, internal moves, and measures for room care and dirt prevention.
- You implement measures to ensure safety in and around the buildings.
- You are responsible for maintaining contact and coordination with suppliers, specialist companies, and service providers in the housekeeping area.
- You act as deputy to the Head of Housekeeping and provide professional leadership to the cleaning staff.
Your Profile
- You have completed a 3- or 4-year apprenticeship in a craft or technical field and ideally hold a qualification as a janitor with a federal diploma or an equivalent further education.
- You bring several years of professional experience in housekeeping and have solid expertise in building maintenance, technical facility maintenance, and building security.
- You possess good computer and MS Office skills.
- You are characterized by a strong service orientation, a solution-oriented working style, and a high degree of independence.
- You are an organizational talent with good communication skills.
- You have very good German language skills in speaking and writing; English speaking skills are an advantage.
