In this responsible role, you will take on the professional, personnel, and organizational management of the care facility of the Eidmatt school unit. You promote constructive collaboration with the school and the responsible department, ensure the quality of care, and represent the concerns of the care service towards the school, parents, and authorities. In addition, you are responsible for the care of children aged 4 to 13 years.

As an open, communicative, and assertive personality with high social competence, you appreciate close cooperation in the school environment. You can expect a motivated and committed teaching and care team.

You have a completed degree in pedagogy or social pedagogy (HF/FH) or an equivalent qualification (SBFI-recognized). We expect solid pedagogical expertise. Ideally, you bring several years of experience in caring for children of this age group. A completed leadership training as well as leadership experience complete your profile.

Your personal strengths include a positive view of people, flexibility, and resilience. You work responsibly, have good IT user skills, and maintain an appreciative, clear, and transparent leadership style. Your interest in the further development of care as well as in team-building processes additionally distinguishes you.
