We are responsible for national interior construction projects in the areas of institutions, gastronomy, health practices, and shops from design to handover. We support our client with broad expertise and great commitment, offering interior architectural solutions at the highest level. As a nationwide general contractor, we understand project management, with overall management and realization of demanding interior construction projects as our core competence.
You bring with you
Completed professional training in the field of interior architecture or architecture
Ideally further training as a construction manager, technician HF, or project manager
Several years of professional experience in a similar/same position
Committed and solution-oriented doer personality
Independent and structured way of working
Enjoyment of work in the construction industry
Resilient and communicative personality
Respectful interaction with contractors (team player)
Innovative and economical thinking and acting
Very good MS Office skills
CAD skills (Vectorworks)
Very good German skills, good English and/or French skills
Your main tasks
Project management of demanding interior construction projects / tenant fit-outs
On-site construction management, leading the construction management team
Leading the contractors involved in construction from start to completion of warranty work
Conducting regular construction meetings, minute taking
Maintaining construction site journals, preparing weekly site reports
Preparing the tendering of all trades, contracts, scheduling, cost control
Monitoring workflows regarding deadlines, costs, and quality
Awarding contracts with contractors
Contact with clients and authorities
