You work 100% in Zug and partially remote
This position offers you
- You develop a cross-channel customer experience strategy and are responsible for its consistent implementation in the B2C and B2B sectors – focusing on sustainable customer loyalty and brand-defining experiences along all touchpoints
- As an experienced leader, you manage two teams with a total of around 45 FTEs and develop modern leadership structures that are based on clarity, personal responsibility, and scalable growth
- With your active involvement in company-wide change and modernization projects, you shape transformations that create real added value – for customers, employees, and the business
- You are responsible for sales, visitor, and satisfaction targets in retail. With your strategic view of performance and your instinct for excellent customer experiences, you set new standards in the market
- In close coordination with the Swiss leadership team and global marketing, you are responsible for the strategic use of customer data – as a basis for data-driven decisions and continuous optimization of the customer journey
You bring the following to the position
- You have 5–7 years of leadership experience in retail-related areas such as customer experience or sales – including managing complex structures across multiple hierarchy levels
- Ideally, you have a master's degree in business or a comparable qualification – this provides a strong professional foundation and underlines your strategic competence
- You successfully shape change, reorganization, and transformation processes and bring strategic clarity as well as implementation strength across multiple levels
- Premium customer experience is shaped by you throughout the entire life cycle – from initial consultation to device exchange. Experience in life cycle management and handling CRM systems is therefore ideally part of your profile
- You convince through customer orientation, passion for extraordinary service experiences, as well as strong communication and negotiation skills
- With strong language skills in German and English, you communicate effectively with stakeholders and teams – knowledge of French is an additional advantage
