Your mission
• You analyze existing processes in the specialist departments and translate them into clearly structured, professional requirements for modern document management systems
• You take over the systematic recording, documentation, and maintenance of requirements throughout the entire development process
• You work closely with development, specialist departments, and stakeholders in an agile team
• You model document and business processes using BPMN 2.0
• You accompany the implementation of input and document processes up to successful integration into existing system landscapes
Your skillset
• Several years of experience in requirements engineering in the insurance environment, ideally with a focus on document management (DMS)
• Sound knowledge of insurance products, processes, and document flows
• Experience with agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, SAFe) as well as tools like Jira and Confluence
• Practical experience in implementing input management solutions, preferably DocProStar, as well as knowledge of modern software architectures with service layers
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills and strong communication abilities
