Activities
- Creating and optimizing CNC programs for 4-axis machining centers
- Independent setup, tooling, and operation of machines for precise workpiece processing
- Monitoring the manufacturing process and ensuring dimensional accuracy
- Performing and documenting quality inspections using manual measuring tools and coordinate measuring machines
Requirements
- Completed apprenticeship as a polymechanic or mechatronics technician with professional experience
- Experience in programming, setup, and operation of 5-axis
- Milling/turning centers is an advantage
- Experience in ISO programming (Siemens, Heidenhain, Fanuc, NUM)
- Precise working method
