Your area of responsibility

Leadership and development of a field sales team
Recruitment of new pension advisors
Setting sales targets and developing development plans
Active support of the general agent in systematic market cultivation
Conducting and ensuring comprehensive pension and financial advice
Management and expansion of your own customer portfolio

Your strengths

Completed training in the insurance industry (certified financial advisor IAF or federal diploma financial planner)
Leadership and high motivation to lead pension advisors to success and also act as a role model in sales
Enthusiastic, winning personality with strong sales and social skills
High commitment with goal-oriented and well-organized working style
Communication skills combined with negotiation skills and high customer orientation
